Refund & Exchange
At Amaaya Store, every garment is thoughtfully crafted with attention to detail and made especially for you. As most of our pieces are made-to-order, we maintain a strict but customer-friendly exchange policy.
Returns & Refunds
We currently do not offer returns or refunds on any orders once placed.
However, if you face a sizing issue, we are happy to assist you with an exchange, subject to the terms mentioned below.
Size Exchanges
We offer exchanges only in the case of size-related issues and subject to product availability.
Please note the following conditions:
- Each order/item is eligible for a one-time size exchange only.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- All exchanged products will undergo a quality inspection upon arrival at our facility.
- Amaaya Store reserves the right to reject exchanges if the returned item does not meet the required quality standards.
- Products failing the quality check will be returned back to the customer.
- Reverse shipping charges for sending the product back to us must be borne by the customer.
Exchange Processing
Once the returned product passes our quality check, the replacement size will be dispatched based on stock availability.
Please allow a few working days for the exchange process to be completed after the product reaches us.
Credit Notes
In case the requested exchange size is unavailable, a credit note equivalent to the product value will be issued.
Please note:
- Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- Credit notes can only be used for future purchases on our website.
- Credit notes are non-refundable and cannot be converted into cash.
- A credit note can only be issued once per order/item.
Sale Items & Custom Orders
All discounted/sale products and custom-made orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images/videos of:
- The product
- The packaging
- The invoice/order details
Our support team will review the issue and assist you accordingly.

- Registered Name & Contact Number
- Delivery Address
- Reason for Exchange
- Clear images of the product

Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after they have been processed or shipped.
Amaaya Store reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances such as stock unavailability, payment issues, or verification concerns. In such cases, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
