At Amaaya Store, every garment is thoughtfully made-to-order with care and attention to detail. We strive to ensure a smooth and reliable shopping experience for all our customers.

1. Order Processing & Shipping Time

All our garments are made-to-order. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 4–6 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Please note that delivery timelines may vary slightly during peak seasons, public holidays, unforeseen logistical delays, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, our team will keep you informed regarding your order status.

2. Shipping Charges

Within India

  • We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at an additional charge of ₹200 per order.

International Shipping

  • International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.
  • Delivery timelines for international orders may vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance processes.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We now offer Cash on Delivery for select locations within India.

Please note:

  • COD orders will incur an additional ₹200 COD handling fee.
  • Our team may contact you for order confirmation before processing COD orders.
  • Amaaya Store reserves the right to cancel unverified COD orders.

4. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted and reliable courier partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link/details via email or WhatsApp (if provided).

5. Shipping Address & Contact Details

Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping information, including:

  • Full address
  • Valid phone number
  • PIN code

Amaaya Store will not be responsible for failed deliveries or delays caused due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

6. International Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and any additional local charges imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

Amaaya Store is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Tampered Packages

We take utmost care in packaging your orders securely. However, if your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with relevant photos/videos for assistance.

8. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you through email, SMS, or WhatsApp, allowing you to monitor your shipment status in real time.

9. Delays in Delivery

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeline, certain factors such as weather conditions, strikes, natural calamities, logistics disruptions, or remote delivery locations may cause delays.
